State Farm® Insurance Agent Howard Hardaway

"I had moved policies from another SF agency to Howard Hardaway's office. At the prior agent's office, it became clear for some time that vm tended to answer calls. Rarely people. It was always leave a vm & they'd call back. My experience had been that follow up at times was lacking; so I moved to change agents. Having been in the business for a lifetime, service imo, is paramount in insurance. Especially if you're a layperson; as most folks don't understand the language unless you're in the business. At Mr. Hardaway's office, it was clear that service was of the utmost concern. We scheduled an appointment at their invitation & Mr. Hardaway sat down with my husband & I, reviewed our policies to make certain all info was accurate, coverages/ limits were adequate. ( The policies were each outlined in an easy to read binder they made for our review, as well as a notebook & pen should I need to make notations.) We decided that we would rewrite, another policy we allowed to cancel months earlier at renewal & completed the necessary info with Christie, who followed up with us later in the day. ( We were introduced to staff members/ agents Christie, who's follow-up in tracking our policies transfer - which took some time for some reason - was amazing. Met Destiny who was pleasant & seemed terrific as well.) Would I recommend this agent for your personal lines insurance needs! Absolutely! Perhaps I am " old school," but having worked both sides of the fence as an agent/ Account manager on the agency side ( captive & independent) and as a commercial marine underwriter; spanning an almost 40 year career in the field, to me the importance of service is where the "rubber hits the road" in this business. And my impression was that Mr. Hardaway is an agent who's in his office working, more than out; which is an anomaly in this day & age. This is an office, where servicing their clientele overrides anything else. And it's been my experience when service is important, the sales & referrals will come. You'll WANT this office to handle all your insurance needs!"

"Wow! After 35 years of having insurance I've never experienced the level of customer service as I have with Christy. Insurance is not cheap these days and to have an agent actively trying to save me money after we have been with them and signed off was surprising but when something happened the real quality came out. Christy not only checked with us multiple times but assisted with coordinating repairs. So happy we listened to a friend and went with y'all!"

"Howard along with his puppet Christie are the absolute worst in customer service. I was the injured party in an accident and was treated like the party at fault, Nobody did anything to help me and even asked me to do their job along with overcharging me. They had three different prices For my monthly bill even after dropping the vehicle in question that was deemed totaled Christie who does not know how to speak to customers had the audacity to hang up on me while I was trying to get to The bottom of how much I actually owed for my other vehicle."

"I have been with State Farm (specifically Howard Hardaway) for quite some time. I have never dealt with another insurance agency that is so personable as this office. Christy and Destiny are always willing to help me with whatever I need and that is a lot! I have also referred a lot of people to this office due to the customer service and always willing to help. I feel that I am more than "just a paying customer" but also a friend. Whenever I am unable to visit the office to sign paperwork, Howard is always willing to come to me at no charge. I will continue to refer anyone who speaks about insurance to Howard whether it be, life insurance, car insurance or car loans. I have carried lots of car insurance polices and car loans with Howard.
